I’ve always loved being active. I grew up running gravel roads, playing sports at a small school, and spending as much time outside as possible. But when I went to college, I felt a little lost. I no longer had sports practices and supportive teammates to cheer me on, and I missed the structure that had always kept me moving. Over time, I gained weight and lost confidence.
I didn’t need more information. I needed consistency.
After struggling to find my rhythm again, I started small with thirty-minute dumbbell workouts at home. I didn’t have a “perfect plan” and I had plenty of setbacks along the way. I had to relearn how to push myself and build discipline without someone else telling me what to do.
Since then I’ve completed two half marathons, gone through my own body composition journey, and most recently navigated fitness and confidence postpartum after having my baby boy. I know what it’s like to build a routine in a full, busy life, not just when it’s convenient.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer working toward my Nutrition Coach certification, I combine simple habit-building with real health data from BodymetRx to help you understand your body and make progress that actually lasts.
The truth is that most people already know what they should be doing. What they need is someone who genuinely cares to walk alongside them while they do it. I want to be that support system for you!
